what the hell is the deal with music?

so. who gave it the right to be so good. i feel with all my favourite music—the ones i go back to again and again, i feel like its a hand pointing to, gesturing towards, looking at something greater. and what is represented isn't the *thing itself*, it's the AURUHG feeling you get from seeing the total picture of grasping-but-not-touching, an incomplete painting with a portion carved out, an eternal mystery surrendered  and shrouded by the cosmos. 

does anyone know what im talking  about?
